I'm Painting Different Kinds Of Plastics Such As Computer Cases And Video Game Consoles And I Need A Top Coat So The Paint Won't Chip But I Don't Want It Glossy. Is There Any Way I Can Keep The Paint From Chipping Such As An Undercoat That Holds The Paint Better Or Something?
